   • Information recorded when the contact form is submitted (date and time, browser type, and the IP address converted into a form from which the original address is difficult to restore, to prevent abuse)

5. 05Entrustment

   We may entrust all or part of the handling of personal information to external service providers (including website hosting and email providers) to the extent necessary to achieve the purposes of use. In that case we supervise them necessarily and appropriately.

6. 06Security Measures

   To prevent leakage, loss or damage of personal information, we take the following measures:

   • Organisational: we appoint a person responsible for handling personal information and review how it is handled.
   • Personnel: everyone who handles personal information is made aware of how to handle it properly.
   • Physical: we take measures to prevent theft and loss of equipment and documents containing personal information.
   • Technical: communication with the Website is encrypted with SSL/TLS, and access to systems that store personal information is limited to authorised persons.
   • Understanding the external environment: personal information collected through the contact form is stored on servers in Japan. Where personal information is handled in a foreign country, we take security measures based on an understanding of that country’s personal information protection system.

   The Website does not use cookies or other tracking technologies for analytics or advertising. It uses your browser’s session storage only to remember display state (such as whether the opening animation has played); this contains no information that identifies you and is cleared when you close the browser.

   The Website’s server records access logs (IP address, date and time of access, browser type, etc.) for security and troubleshooting.

    We may change this policy when laws change or as otherwise necessary. The revised policy takes effect when it is published on the Website.
